Choose a new password

Please note the password reset rules when choosing a new password. Your password MUST be 8-21 characters long and must include one of the following:

  • ONE uppercase letter
  • ONE lowercase letter
  • ONE number

    • Once you have selected a new password you will be taken to your My Account dashboard. Simply log-out of the dashboard and you have completed the password reset process.

    It is recommended you do not use the same password as you use for any other systems.
